Hibernating Rhinos | Setting Windows Live Writer with Impleo
First, you need to install Windows Live Writer. Once you have done that, go to Tools, Accounts:
Click on the "Add.." button.

Select "Other blog service" and then click "Next":
In the web address, put "http://hibernatingrhinos.com" (without the quotes), enter the username and password that you were provided with, and then click next.
Windows Live Writer will spend some time configuring itself to work with Impleo, once that is done, you'll be able to select Hibernating Rhinos as the destination to post to:
One thing to remember about Impleo, while it uses Windows Live Writer and the MetaWeblog API, it isn't actually a blog. Each entry that you post will turn into a page on the site. As such, you need to specify what the URL of that page will be. In Windows Live Writer, this is called the slug, and you can set it up easily enough.
First, open the post properties, this is a small upward facing chevron on the bottom right corner of Windows Live Writer:
This will open the slug options in Windows Live Writer, where you can put the relative URL of the page that you want.
All slugs must start with a '/'. and use '/' as path separators.
This is it, you can now post your changes, which will show up immediately on the site.
Have fun using Impelo.
